Section 37
Right to arrange checks and make related rules
: (1) Government of Nepal can make arrangements for exchange of small sums through post offices through the arrangement of checks and make related rules:-
(2) Without having any adverse effect on the generality of the rights given by sub-section (1), the following things can be provided in particular in those rules.
(a) Limit of amount to be exchanged by cheque (b) the period of validity of the cheque; and (c) The rate of commission or fee charged on checks or other matters related thereto.
